Provide area support for different tasks related to implementation of LIMS (Laboratory information management system)
Responsible for understanding business requirements and to work effectively with business owners to define and translate business requirements
Manage LIMS change requests, ensuring on-going system compliance with established standards
Provide application support and training to end users
Execute validation documents and participate in testing and execution of test scripts
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of LIMS configuration and end to end system implementation
Ability to translate user specifications into system functionality requirements
Experience of implementing Laboratory tools and solutions
Strong working knowledge of GxP software applications
Strong working knowledge and understanding of laboratory functions and processes
Familiarity with Oracle Forms and Reports (nice to have)
Familiarity with HP Service Manager (nice to have)
Familiarity with Crystal Reports (nice to have)
Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
Bachelors Degree
